Having used several headsets with fewer features than this one, I like what this one tells me when it's connected and disconnected, who's calling and when the battery is low for example is. Easy to turn on and off, long battery life. I like the on-ear hook which is very comfortable but I also used the ear gel which keeps the headset in the ear. It took some time to get used to, but now I like it. I use this with an iPhone 4S and the sound is ok. Nobody on the other end of the line complained about the muffled sound, as some other reviewers have pointed out. I don't use it for music as I think it's silly to use it for that purpose (especially while at work). Overall I am very happy with this headset. I now have two of these as I lost the first one and bought the same one as a spare.
