Ruined my training day
Disappointing. Bought this product and tried it right away. I was a little afraid to try it because of the taurine content, but I tried it straight away at the gym and was very disappointed. Although I could feel the effects of citrulline on my heart and endurance, as I expected, taurine completely suppressed my CNS, leaving me feeling very weak and powerless. I have no idea why companies add taurine to their "energy" products. It completely suppresses the nervous system and soothes. Not intended for any type of power/power work. It should be taken post-workout to calm down and put you in recovery mode. This product without taurine would be great. I will return immediately
