Love how they look and feel like leather. However, they are not the most stable of things. The base and stand simply snap together, no screws or bolts. When my adult son (190lbs) sat on them they fell about 2 inches. Unfortunately, I don't expect the hydraulic part to last too long. For women and children, they work great!
