MAISON ARTS Adjustable Barstools Capacity Review

Came in a crumpled box, 1 seat was torn. I contacted them but they did not agree at all to replace 1 chair. I would not recommend this bar stool company to anyone.

Love how they look and feel like leather. However, they are not the most stable of things. The base and stand simply snap together, no screws or bolts. When my adult son (190lbs) sat on them they fell about 2 inches. Unfortunately, I don't expect the hydraulic part to last too long. For women and children, they work great!

we are very impressed ---- they were packaged so well - the assembly design is great --- easy to assemble - and the quality of the product is great! We just got them so haven't used them yet but so far we love them!

Setting up the chairs was the easy part. No matter how you get what you pay for. I am a 250 lb female and my partner (boyfriend) weighs about 300 lbs, these chairs are not plus size. It's also not a sturdy false move that you're bound to drop if you're a large size. They are good for decorating my small one room apartment. However, if I try to use it, I have to be careful while sitting on it.

After a long search on different sites I came across Revain again. These bar stools are perfect for our tastes and needs. We place them halfway between the counter and bar stool at our slightly elevated counter. Simple and classic; comfortable for my 6ft 2in husband. I needed something that our university ranger students could use in a cabin in the woods to give tourist information about the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument. Because there are no sides, it fits inside and is easier to put on and take off. I like the way they look. They comfortably hold my 225 lb partner. But they don't look strong. The way the post fits into the base of the floor is simply sitting in the base. it doesn't really snap or dangle in any way. So the chair wobbles when you move while sitting. I was trying to get the stack out of the base to see if I did something wrong and I couldn't get it out so I'm hoping the chair isn't falling or something but it's worrying me deep down . This is pretty much what I expected based on other reviews I read before buying. These are simple and comfortable chairs that go well with the breakfast bar in the kitchen. I would have preferred if they weren't even adjustable, but for the most part we only use them in the lowest position and they work great at that height. Assembly was SUPER easy, took me 30 minutes to assemble it myself (also I had rotator cuff surgery a week ago). beautiful, comfortable, surprisingly strong (I'm 5ft 3129in), they don't take up much space, the bad reviews were from serious people complaining about the durability, glad I ignored them because I love them, I love them also the swivel!
