Failed in just 60 days and cannot be returned

The scanner worked fine for 60 days and then started to fail. You have to unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in for it to work, but after a few hours it becomes unresponsive again. I've seen this issue with other inexpensive scanners, just thought they would stand behind the product for 90 days, but after 30 days you seem to be out of luck. If this is used in a mission critical application like a retail POS I think it might be worth sticking with well known brands despite the extra cost.
