I have problems with balance and walking so sandals need to fit my feet. These straps adjust around my foot so nothing slips for me to trip over and they are so soft and comfortable! When I first put them on I went a few hours longer than I expected and barely noticed them - no rubbing or discomfort! I have bought sandals from this brand before (Earth Origins) and have always been satisfied!
