I give it 4 stars because the first one that arrived was damaged in its original packaging (which means it was destroyed before it was packed and shipped. Some staff didn't bother to check the item before shipping and judging by other reviews this happens a lot.) They immediately sent another one which was in perfect condition. Most of the rooms in my house have small electric heaters built into the walls instead of central air conditioning. The heater in my bedroom blew hot, dry air straight in my face at night, and no matter where I put the bed, it was a problem. This deflector is perfect! It adjusts to the size of the heater and magnets keep it in place. Now I can sleep peacefully. This is a great product, I just wish they were more thorough with shipping and took the time to test the product to make sure it wasn't broken.
