My first experience in public relations was working as an intern where I assisted clients who wanted to gain more exposure online by building their social media presence. It is always great when you see someone actually use your services instead of just talking about them but never using it! Honestly though - there's nothing majorly negative here about this service. If anything, we've learned how important good communication skills are in our field which has helped us greatly outside of work as well. Castle is a great way to communicate with our customers and the community. The team is always willing to help and is always available to answer any questions we have. I don't have any dislikes at the moment. We have been able to build relationships with our customers and the community. It has been a great tool for us to help our business grow. We have been able to get the word out about our services and our team.
