Installs exactly as shown in the video. In fact, I went a step further and removed the adjustment screw instead of putting a clip on it. The only solid post is the one I removed and then screwed into the hole. The other clamps are completely loose and the lights are loose. This happened on both rings. Update: OK, this is what you need to know when purchasing. When you snap them into place, they should not be flush with the rest of the headlight housing behind. There is over half an inch between this ring and this body. This is not clearly shown in any of the installation videos for this product (or competitor products). When I installed it, I pounded it with my palm just like in the Xprite installation video, I pushed it past its spot. must be terminated, and once you do, they are corrupted and cannot be recovered. They cannot be removed without damaging the mounting clips. I'm changing my 1 star to 3 stars as I've never installed them properly, but if I did I'm sure they would work great. I ended up going with a competitor's product that was half the price and worked well. I will say that the material of it is identical to the plastic of the factory rings. What I bought was a shinier plastic and I'm wondering if that means it will be less durable.
