The directions could be better

I have the shelves up and am using them, that part is fine. When you take everything out of the box you find a booklet with pictures showing how to put the shelves together. The booklet also has a warm greeting thanking you for buying the shelves and giving you an email address to use if you have questions. They promise to answer within 24 hours. After 2 emails and over a week with no answer I just made up the assembly process and guess it is right.
