Review on 🔧 Walker Performance 52166 Exhaust Pipe by Jake Atonyo

This Walker exhaust #52166 fits my '97 Saturn SL2 almost as well as the original part, but at a much lower price. I was able to cut my existing pipe about 4-6 inches (please measure your own for accuracy) in front of the front catalyst hanger and this new Walker pipe slid right in to ensure a snug fit. I applied some exhaust sealant before pushing the parts all the way together and clamped them with a 2 1/4" exhaust fork. The replacement Walker pipe sticks out a little more from under the engine than the original pipe. To compensate, I have I placed a stack of these washers about 0.5-1.0" below the exhaust collar that attaches to the underside of the engine/transmission, changed the angle of the mounting collar, and installed longer bolts. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others. Note: As a former Saturn dealer technician, I know that this pipe will fit other Saturn SL-series makes and models. Just use the Find Matching Parts feature that Revain offers to be sure.
