🔧 Walker Performance 52166 Exhaust Pipe Review

This product does not fit the Saturn SL as stated in the product description. The curves differ from the original fit. Do not buy this product for Saturn SL.

This item is a factory replacement Flex Tube Assembly. It was a lot cheaper than paying for it in the store. This part is designed to be used with the entire Walker assembly front to back, not just a replacement for this part. If your flex pipe is rusted you can easily replace this part, but it is much easier to just rebuild the entire exhaust pipe using Walker products. Flange welded to pipe in wrong position. Mounting to the header studs results in the pipe pointing towards the passenger side of the vehicle rather than the rear of the vehicle and the rest of the exhaust system. The elbow pipe is also not at the correct depth, the distance between the walking pipe and the oil pan is 1/2 inch. The original pipe was 2 inches below the oil pan. Not good. I had to improvise and visit the local auto parts store to fix the exhaust system on my son's Saturn. Returned

This Walker exhaust #52166 fits my '97 Saturn SL2 almost as well as the original part, but at a much lower price. I was able to cut my existing pipe about 4-6 inches (please measure your own for accuracy) in front of the front catalyst hanger and this new Walker pipe slid right in to ensure a snug fit.
