**Another update Moosetreks contacted me after seeing my update and sent a replacement bag. Excellent customer service! After another season of heavy use of the bag I'm happy to report that they have fixed the issues I had with the first generation. The zippers are now YKK branded and the lining feels more durable. I'm excited about this product again! * Post-season update: not as waterproof anymore. When it rains, things inside get wet. The liner is torn or worn in several places. And one of the zippers is completely worn out! It was fine when new, but I wouldn't say it's the kind of kit I'd recommend for serious or long-term use. We're amazed at how much we love this item! Having tried several other budget bags, our expectations were pretty low. Instead we found a product that was not promised and delivered. The straps are a bit long even on our larger diameter steel tubing, although this issue is easy to solve with various minimally tricky tricks and promises that this bag will fit even the weirdest of frames and maybe even e-bike batteries (even with one can jammed in it). , there is still a lot of overlap with belts). Things stayed perfectly dry during the Pacific Northwest Flood and they really do pair up almost perfectly with our big Marin Pine Mountain. We hope that one day Moosetreks will also make saddlebags and handlebar bags!
