This rain cover is made of thick hard plastic. It's pretty restrictive. The sleeves have elastic inner cuffs in large outer cuffs. The inner cuffs are so small that they restrict blood flow in my arms. This was a deal breaker in itself, but also a jacket clasp. It closes with buttons that let the rain through, especially when cycling, which is why I bought it. Absolutely unsuitable for this. I come back.
