This product has been working great for less than two months. When I first bought it it worked beautifully and I was very happy with my purchase. In less than two months, the mucus lost its shape and began to resemble soup. I couldn't take it or use it. It spilled out like a liquid. Thinking it might be an accident I ordered it a second time. Here we are, a little less than two months later, and the mucus is runny again. There's supposed to be a two-year satisfaction guarantee, but that's not the case. Very dissatisfied because it works great at first. Not even the last two months are such a waste for him.
