Oooh, he's got the Gaytron switches! So what?! I gave 2 stars because the buttons switch very well and that's the ONLY good thing about it. The keys are a bit small for my taste. Some people have claimed they have big keys and as I have motor issues I was happy to see that. Not even close to the truth. What can I get used to. What I can't get used to are software bugs and constant bugs in the hardware itself! If you lock the keyboard (which I often have to do) with function F9, do NOT press any other combination of functions. or the F9 function stops working and you have to disable the keyboard to unlock it again. But then you'll lose all the settings you've made, which is normal for some programmable keyboards, but this is where the CM brain cells stop working: to choose a profile, you can't just select it, you have to click "Import" to press. Go to where the profiles are saved in File Explorer and then open it. Sometimes that doesn't work either! What's the point of showing 5 profiles if clicking on one of them does NOTHING other than opening the file browser where the profile is stored? And so I restored the default settings for a profile and suddenly ALL my profiles were reset even though I didn't reset them (they were all copies of my preferred profile). I had to keep disabling the keyboard and "switching" profiles over and over again before other profiles became available again. After a month, I noticed that every key I pressed was repeating itself randomly and with FAST increasing frequency while I was typing. I couldn't even write this review on this keyboard! And it often takes back entire sentences that I've written. It NOW erased the entire 3 lines I just typed! I always thought it was a Windows 10 issue, but other keyboards are NOT affected. This happens in browsers and word processors, so it's not the system. I connected another keyboard and this problem did not exist. Then I plugged them in at the same time and only the CM keyboard had this behavior. Even after completely uninstalling the CM software, the problem persists, which means the hardware itself is complete junk! Coolermaster was happy to do the RMA even though I had to pay for shipping. It took about a week for them to feel better again. Btw I didn't know that at the time and ended up playing over $20 to send it back. Anything electronic or digital can be mailed for just $12! All you have to do is ensure that the shipper selects the electronic option when choosing a shipping method.
