This LED light has a standard lamp base making it easy to install. The 3 wings/arms are adjustable so you can tilt them and help direct the light where it's needed and they seem to have enough friction that they won't move from where you set them to have. It's 6000K which means they have a very light/cool/blue light tint which I like better in a workshop environment. This gives a lot more light than what would be possible with a standard incandescent bulb and the LED uses a lot less power and should last longer. The wings/arms are aluminum and weigh just over 1 pound overall. I have bought many Alitove brand LED strips and they are very good quality and great customer service. Definitely a brand you can trust knowing you are buying a quality product.
