I have a regular Ascent cap and a straw cap, but I didn't like either. The regular lid keeps my water cold, but it's noisy and sometimes difficult to open. The straw cover is difficult to use; Sometimes I catch myself sucking my brains out trying to get to the water. Trouser cap is the answer! The opening is super quiet. The water flows naturally, but doesn't slosh over me like it sometimes does without a lid. And what's even better, the water stays ice cold. I love the pants cap so much that I will buy another one.
