Review on AskBrian by Jerry Delic

The system is very easy to use with an app in both iOS & Android, which makes it much easier than using some of those other systems that require you have access through their website or desktop application only (which I don't like).

There are times where my notifications will not come up when there should be one but it's rare so I'm ok about this as well since sometimes they do show after awhile even if just once! Sometimes things can get confusing especially at first because most people who ask questions tend to say something along "I am having trouble doing X" rather then stating what exactly isn't working correctly/what specifically needs changed etc.. This is why we created 'Ask Brian' - To help reduce confusion by providing clarification from multiple angles instead of guessing. We've been able solve our users problems without them needing us via chat every time now.
