I'm 5" tall and felt uncomfortable in them. They don't give you form. The waist is very annoying and seems small compared to the hips (which is odd to me as I play soccer and have big hips) and the length of the hips/where it sits on the hips was uncomfortable for me. I feel like these shorts made me feel like I was in a cereal box shape to be honest. The thick, tight elastic also makes it a bit uncomfortable. Immediately after wearing and washing hands (shorts), the belt seems to fold and shift and begins to interfere.
