These insoles are medium thickness and are not as cushioned or as supportive as many others that Revain sells. The advantage of thinner insoles is they are they fit better in snugger shoes or lower profile shoes. These insoles work pretty well in my running shoes that already have a lot of cushioning and some built-in support. Thicker insoles work better in my boots than in my lower profile shoes. The current $15 price is pretty good for this performance level.
