I ordered these because I need to step into the edge of a pond when I'm working and I needed something totally waterproof and was not interested in spending a ton of money on boots. So far, these boots are doing a good job of keeping my feet dry. They are not particularly warm (but that was not something I expected). I actually thought they were leaking the first time I wore them, but they just feel cold when you are standing in a 40 degree pond.They are narrow in the calf--which I'd read about in other reviews, and since I have legs like a chicken, these work good for me. If you have particularly large/muscular calves I wouldn't try them. For the price, I feel like I got a good boot. I've been wearing them regularly for about a month, and so far, they are holding up well. True to size for me personally. I wear a 7 and I have a medium to narrow foot.
