The car seat was locked in the pouring rain on the way home from the hospital for the very first time, and the car seat would not unlock. The seat belt was threaded and stuck, had to be removed from the car seat in the pouring rain and was untied the next day. Only one side and rod are unlocked. It is worth remembering that unsafe mechanisms made of cheap plastic will jam/fail. We really liked the stroller, so we didn't try it. BabyTrend's customer service was terrible even after I sent them proof of purchase, photos, detailed description and video. Luckily, Revain, which I think is a good company, accepted the return and refunded me via gift card within hours of returning to the UPS store. I had to buy some extra money at Walmart to get him to his first doctor. Appointment, new car seat/stroller 💺 works great every time so far. 🙏😇
