For reference, I am 5’7”, about 140 lb., and typically wear either a small or medium size legging. Based on the size chart, I ordered the red wine pair in medium but they were too tight so I ended up ordering another pair in both large and XL. The large fit best and is the pair I felt was most comfortable –(one thing I love about amazon is that if you’re unsure on size, you can just order multiple sizes, see what fits best, and return the ones that don’t work). Anyway, these leggings definitely run small so I would recommend sizing up one or two sizes for the best fit. I think these leggings are comfortable and breathable, and I especially like the different patterns – smooth on the front, ribbed textures on the middle, and breathable/mesh designs on the sides and bottom… but the wine red color just didn’t work for me. Despite ordering them in all three sizes, I ended up returning them. I wonder if the black would have been better. If you do order, make sure you remember to size up! Hope that helps!
