I would like to create my own set from these products. I used a basket steamer, everything is fine. Perfect for my 8 liter instapot. Attempted to use a split pan to make a frittata, instant failure. The pieces don't seal properly, so the egg mixture immediately runs down the bottom. creates a terrible cleaning after cooking. In addition, the grooves on the edges of the pan cannot be cleaned, and leftovers get caught underneath. The whisk is small and tiny, in fact it's nice to keep in a drawer. But it bent the first time I used it.
