Review on 🔊 HDMI ARC Audio Adapter: Musou 192KHZ HDMI ARC Audio Extractor for Optical or Analog Audio Splitting by Ahmed Rowe

I want my old, old receiver (no remote control, let alone Toslink, HDMI or ARC-HDMI) on my new LG UHD (non-OLED) TV without audio output. I want to be able to control the volume remotely with the TV remote and ARC makes that possible. At least one review said this box would fit, but not for my LG with CEC enabled or disabled. I will either buy a new receiver with a remote or a DAC with my own remote and use Toslink from the TV to the DAC. Also in the box was a short HDMI cable (3'?). It was too short for my setup but might work for yours. I don't know if it was 19+1 either, although I hope so. Second, the device seemed dead at first. I swapped cables and inputs on the receiver. After proving to myself that the receiver works, I turned everything off and then turned on 3 devices again (TV, DAC, receiver) - after that I had good sound.
