Review on 💇 Suprent Corded Professional Hair Clippers for Men - Ultimate Haircut Kit with 40 Cutting Lengths, Designed for Family Use by Gina Estevez

I have ordered a 10 bar hair clipper. Suprent sells another machine with only 4 rails - 3, 6, 9 and 12mm as standard. This supposedly results in 20 different settings. I ordered a set with these 4 guides plus 3 additional length guides, a left and right tapered guide and a brow trimming guide. This was sold with 40 different style settings instead of 20. But when I received the item it was packed in a box saying it was for the smaller 4 track set. Inside I had these 4 guides attached to a white cardboard insert which held these 4 guides in order but all the other guides were squashed into the box separately as if they had been manually stuffed after the fact. The right cone guide was missing - I only have the left cone so I'll have to see if I can just cut backwards for the right side. The little cloak that came with it is completely useless - the cords are so short I can't tie them around my neck. Should be for a child. Anyway, the sides of the box with the Clippers have text listings of items in multiple languages and pictures of items on the other side, and both only list/show 4 guides for a set of 20 settings, so I believe those are the extra guides bonus details only. I suspect whoever packed my order just didn't have enough room in the box for a proper fade guide, so they just didn't bother to include it in the package. That not-so-impressive first impression aside, the clippers work well and get the job done. I'm not sure how long my oil supply will last for the tiny blades. UPDATE: After posting this review, Suprent sent me an email asking me to fix the issues. They even offered to send me a complete second clipper at no extra charge and said I didn't even have to send the first one back. I felt it was an unfair advantage over the Suprent so I just asked them to mail me the missing Right Taper protection and I would be satisfied. They agreed and today I received the cone protector that completed my order. For this reason I have increased my product rating to 5 stars.
