Definitely keep your head and face warm, mostly hot
My head circumference is 22 inches and it fits but unfortunately I can't have a bun or ponytail without it feeling too tight lol. I should have let my hair down or cut it shorter (currently shoulder length). I get hot pretty quickly and it wasn't loose or stretchy enough for me, but I'll keep it because it still works great as a neck warmer. Besides, who knows, maybe I'll have to wait outside in the cold at some point. For your health.
