As the other reviewer mentioned, I didn't get the ultra, but the one under the ultra (also seen in her picture) is fine with it. Both Ultras failed within a year in our 2009 Sedona. I've been told to try a level below ultra as they are a bit darker but last longer. For the price it is exactly what I needed and I decided to buy it. If they were ultra I wouldn't complain, but I'm happy to go under ultra. Installed both and everything is fine. The package was new and unopened. I would buy again and recommend. Just know you won't get an Ultra, but you can't beat the price under $29 for two packs! To edit:. deduct a star. The bulb burned out after 11 months. Bought in March 2018. Needs to be replaced in February 2019.
