These are generic replacement heads for the Oral B electric toothbrush. They are significantly cheaper than the Oral B heads and will last a while. Users are strongly recommended to replace the nozzles every 3 months; however, each of these heads will wear out after about 3 weeks. I did an autopsy on one of them to see why it failed so quickly and found that the vibrating plastic mechanism was simply being deformed by the soft plastic. But: you get a lot of heads for a low price, and it's probably an acceptable deal!
