Expensive but nowhere to be found, works great
Use a very small amount of Shimano SIS shift cable grease even if they are teflon coated and coated this will help shifting. Used at the factory on new installations and in the cable housing. You've got about 200 years of stash, so share it with a friend and keep it in an old pillbox.
