I bought this based on reviews. I pulled out the water restrictor which pulled out easily. I installed it with the tape provided. There was a small leak where it is attached to the shower and was disappointed to find the water pressure sucked so much I took it off and removed the shield disk where the hose connects to the shower head, then replaced the other shield disk with the one without the shield and it is not as good as the one I got my hands on though (I'm considering putting it back in.) What I like about this unit are some of the settings that are different from my old one, a flatter head profile and a more clicky one Noise when you turn on each setting so you know if you're full in each setting or not What I hate about that sse, is the pressure (or lack thereof) and that it is not e sits properly in the hold r. Luckily, the pressure is enough to get the shampoo out of my hair with two settings.
