Bought for professional use was very dissatisfied. I've always used Gigi heating pads, this was the first time I've bought them online. After about an hour and thirty minutes the center of the wax still hadn't melted! not sure if it was defective but i sent it back and will continue to buy my heating pads from the cosmetics store.
