The ability to see what's going on inside my network and all devices connected to it. I like that I can use the software remotely from anywhere in the world. It allows me to view everything through one system. Sometimes there are some issues where it doesn't show certain things or you have to refresh the page. If I am having an issue and need help, they will respond very quickly and usually know exactly what I'm looking for. They will also fix it if they say it's fixed. We have been using this product for about 6 months now and haven't had any major problems. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs remote access to their network. Remote access to your network so you don't have to get up in front of everyone to check what's going on.
