Great Platform For Event Management

I personally love almost everything about my account manager - she's great at what ever task has come up throughout her tenure with cinchermaktungnabotla (and their predecessors). The platform was difficult/expensive during those early years due to high staff turnover which lead us down some rabbit holes but over all things worked pretty ok once set ups were made etcetera...we used them from 2008 till mid 2013 or so before migrating away for various reasons including cost / lack transparency into costs vs benefits & ease offload management issues related tot he service provider side i believe! Pricing model changed significantly towards end 2014 where many resellers had left the market leading eventually backfiring somewhat given current competitive landscape since then although not sure if its actually improved pricing wise overall? Not really disliked anything apart perhaps only minor quibbles relating specifically tp billing process improvements would be ideal however these should have been resolved long ago anyway hence no real gripes there :) I like the ease of use and the ability to create campaigns and track them. The reporting is easy to navigate and understand. The ability to send out mass emails is helpful for campaigns and events. I dislike that the platform is not as user friendly as some other platforms. I wish there were more tutorials and resources available. This is a great platform for our organization. We are able to track our campaigns and events with ease.
