Installed an h7 bulb in an aftermarket body kit for my Ram 1500. I installed a 5000k 35w kit. Installation was pretty easy and simple. They turned on and I was very disappointed with their brightness. I had previously installed a number of LED bulbs and they were easily overwhelmed by the LED. I tried them out at night thinking the instantaneous brightness against a wall wasn't a fair comparison. They were no better at night. It would be impossible to see without my fog lights. Maybe a 55w ballast would be brighter, but for what I already have in these tubes I don't want to spend another $50-60 on something that may or may not be brighter.
