After reading reviews, pros and cons and doing my own research , I have NOW tried CLA I found the common thread in my research is that those who did not exercise or were not very active at all had the most negative reviews as this product is designed to increase the body's ability to metabolizing and burning fat (it actually shrinks fat cells by keeping fat from expanding them) it seemed to make sense that the more active a person is, the better results they will see.I've been exercising daily;30- 45 Minutes Circuit Training: Cardio with 5 pound weights I noticed a definite effect within the period of time For the first 3-5 days of using CLA at the recommended dosage 3 times a day with meals, I then added more intense cardio to my regular workouts and was shocked at the speed at which the inches were taken off my body. and even more to determine how my body was shaped; I've been overweight for the last 2 years, gained 4 sizes in that time and now, after 2 1/2 months of regular cardio and CLA use, I'm back to a size 32 and my clothes fit better than before. , now my proportions are better). Did I get results before using CLA? Yes. Has the benefit of CLA been increased by increasing cardio? Yes. Conclusion: My experience with CLA is that it works very well with proper diet and exercise; It's not a quick fix, but it works as an enhancement and a tool to redistribute fat and muscle tone and provide better definition. I don't count calories; I just eat the right balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats (I eat low-fat foods as much as possible); I also make a post-workout protein shake. Avoiding processed flour, excess fat, and never using artificial sweeteners is key to balancing your hormones.
