Almost, but not quite

Colors print well but the black cartridge does not print well. I tried both black cartridges in the kit, cleaned the printheads, tried several times but couldn't get a good print. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the chip on both black cartridges, but my HP printer couldn't print with black ink. .
