Review on Art Advantage Gummed Paper Tape by Justin Hollins

Anyone who says it holds up is right. I work with 140# Fabriano Artistico, always stretched. My first try pulled the paper tighter than the drum; This literally caused my gatorboard stretchers to bow in slightly, causing the paper to come off the board by about 1/4 inch. I've tried everything over the years, this is the first tape that absolutely sticks to paper. To protect the deckle edge, you need to soak the edges for a while until the glue softens. If you don't soak it, it will definitely damage the edge by trying to tear it off.
