You must disconnect all other devices to connect Bluetooth. I even had to restart my device and also press FN, Shift and Delete on my keyboard to reset it for pairing. I had to contact tech support because the device doesn't come with instructions listing the name of the device it shows to pair with the tablet. No luck as they had to contact the seller for this information. For the price, the mouse pad doesn't come with it so I'm sending it back for a refund.
