I'm 198 lbs, 5'7". I wear a women's size 12-14. I bought X-Large and they fit great. I wear my leg weight low and was very surprised and glad these cycling shorts fit the lace helped a little if you need a lot of compression I would recommend a large size the X-Large size is perfect for my height I must add that I zipped the bottom with reflective Like material.Once I shed a few pounds I'll definitely buy them down the size.They're bulky on the butt but I wanted that because it hurts me to sit lightly.
