Wrote this to the support team as my protection broke within two months while all the other protections I had ordered through the dentist and on Revain before Remi lasted well over a year (usually had to I'll re-order for a replacement because I lost them instead of deleting them). Customer service just accused me of being a rude grinder. Given my experience with other guards, this is clearly not a problem. They didn't offer a replacement but asked me to sign up for some sort of replacement service. Buyers be careful. It's also frustrating that none of my previous guards have ever shattered into small pieces of hard plastic. This does and poses a serious choking hazard.
