This is very important, if the hub will not come loose do not use the slide hammer puller. Use a 3 pound hammer and apply enough force on both sides of the bushing to break it. I broke a rented hammer to find out. Looks like the old hub was covered in black caulk or Loctite when installed and wouldn't come off. I would save a lot of time and effort if I knew this. I read reviews and Timken seems to get better marks than Moog. Don't waste your time and money on $60-$70 hubs. Also, these bearings cost a lot less than at the auto parts store.
