**Edit: I'm editing my review because I originally wrote my review because the company contacted me to write a review in exchange for a $30 gift certificate . . They said they wanted an HONEST review and would send me a gift card in return. So here's what's below, an honest review, I promise! They have since contacted me 2 times asking me to change my rating to 5 stars (I originally had 4 due to poor camera quality and my inability to use that for social media posts which is half the reason I left it have received). If I changed it to 5 stars they would tell me I would be listed to get their new products for free so I could review them. But I would only say it if I changed it to 5 stars regardless if I had a good reason for being 4. This time they offered me another $20 gift card and was listed to change my rating to 5 stars. Well, while someone else might have taken up that offer, I had a legitimate reason to give it 4 stars. This is NOT a 5 star product. And I can't be moved by the fact that I was bought. You bought an HONEST review; You didn't buy a 5 star review from me. So I took off a star because they ask people for 5 star ratings which is questionable and doesn't help the consumer at all. I myself go through reviews to see what honest results people are saying about things before I buy them. If a review is given 5 stars just because the company wants a lot of 5 stars, then it doesn't help anyone but the company. I thought it was important for you all to know! I would no longer trust 5 star reviews for any Dragon Touch product. I had an old Dragon Touch and knew I liked both the layout and the price, so I considered getting an updated one. I couldn't get new apps on the old one and it was way slower (which I still use for digital books). So I chose this Notepad 102. In general I am very satisfied with the tablet. It was affordable, good screen, touch. Everything works fine for my purposes of web browsing and in-app gardening lol. What's good is the sound. I mean compared to my dad's laptop the audio on the tablet is 10x louder. I wouldn't say it's the best sound quality you can get, but it's definitely loud enough to hear a dog bark. The only thing that disappointed me was the camera. I was hoping to use it for Instagram, but the image quality is too grainy to even warrant installing an app on it. It's pretty hard to find covers, but I finally found one. I originally got the keyboard case that Dragon Touch offers, but I've had a lot of issues with it. It disconnected every time I closed it. I would have to remove it completely if I wanted to use the tablet's touchscreen. So it was just a pain so I ended up returning it and got a regular flip top. But if you're looking for a good budget tablet for watching videos and surfing the web, then this is a great little tablet!
