Be sure to keep the box and spacers for easy storage when not in use. Another thing I would say is to be careful when carrying it full of groceries. The plates are very large and heavy. The piece of metal holding them all together isn't as heavy as you might think. I would always use one hand down instead of holding it up. Washes off beautifully. I just put it in the sink and sprayed it on, lathered it up once and rinsed it off. You don't have to take it apart to clean it.
