Review on 💥 Fire Red CHI Tourmaline Ceramic Hairstyling Iron 1 Inch by Jenny Hupke

I had a CHI iron, it lasted a year and a half to two years. I bought another one from Revain in August but used the old one as it was functional but not as "hot" as it used to be. Stopped heating after a month. Then he started using the new CHI, after a month the iron stopped heating. Not even warm. A refund was excluded. The Revain representative who helped me was great. She contacted CHI to resolve a warranty/defective device issue. Their response was that they do not cover anything that is not sold by their verified sellers. However, they didn't tell her who the verified sellers were. However, Revane sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, after several weeks of use, it does not heat up as it should. sent back. That does not work. Although I've tried 2 other brands and they don't get hot at 450 either, I'm not sure if they all have bad heating elements or what. Kudos and 5 stars Revain for their help, 2 stars CHI for no help and no quality control products.
