The crank on this bike had an integrated sprocket (30T) and being a hardtail mountain bike I had to change the gearing for my gravel bike conversion. So I bought this set of cranks as a spare. After having to cut my old crank off (it got stuck and my local shop broke 2 pullers trying to pull it off) I was finally able to install this as well as the 40 tooth chainring. As of 6/29/21 I've put 43 miles on the crank with no issues! The weight is also a very nice plus considering my old crankset was over a pound heavier. So if you are on a budget this is a great option.
