Another reviewer gave it a bad rating simply because it was too heavy for him. This is clearly not a $30 OBD-II scanner that just spits out a simple Check Engine fault code for you to find. It's like someone ordering their three-year-old an iPhone instead of a toy phone, and then complaining that their kid doesn't know how to use it. We use this for various vehicles on our land. Fantastic replacement for the previous model we used which was quite buggy. It takes a bit to learn, but it's really useful once you get the hang of it.
