Generally satisfied. Other reviews say how terrible the instructions are. These aren't the best destinations, they're a little confusing, but not the worst I've seen. Although to be honest I haven't used it. They seem to have been written for the new debaters. My 01 didn't need to be drilled. Reading the instructions I would think yes (I'll find out before I drill). The metal isn't as cheap as some reviewers say. But this is not a diamond plate. I suppose you could hack it with a crowbar, but it's meant to be reasonable security, not ironclad. I've seen how they can make small changes to the design and make it more secure. However, you can open the trunk of any car with a small rock. Break the window and press the trunk button. It's safer, so I think that's good enough. Also, if installed correctly, it would be a bit difficult to open and it would look quite suspicious. I don't think you could do that with your bare hands. It may have taken me 1.5 hours to install, but I took my time and didn't use the instructions. If I did it again I could do it in about 20 minutes.
