Both backpacks arrived fully loaded!
Lithium batteries are by far the best type of batteries. You can refill them, unlike alkaline ones, which you have to throw away when they start to lose their potency. They give you a full 1.5V all the time. I don't buy any others anymore and are phasing out all my NiMHs.
